Co-Parenting Program

 

These services are designed for parents involved in a divorce action or parenting dispute and for those who have already been divorced or separated.


Mediation

 

The mediation program is for those parties interested in working out the details of their divorce in an amicable manner. It allows clients to maintain control over their own lives.


Collaborative Divorce

 

Jennifer Luise Champagne offers collaborative divorce services, an interdisciplinary approach to an amicable divorce. Collaborative divorce focuses on the emotional, legal and financial aspects of a separation.


Parenting Coordination

 

Parenting Coordination is an option for high conflict families who have had significant challenges in communication and facilitating their parenting plan.


Coaching

 

As parents go through the process of separating, there may be a need for individual support and guidance. Ms. Champagne also works with parents struggling with the emotional and coparenting aspects, helping them move forward during and after their separation.
